John McKown. I will bet that the Download director software has some JNI code which is Windows bit specific in it somewhere. Beesley, Paul. I have just used Download Director with bit Windows 7 a couple of minutes ago. I can only get it to work on Firefox or Chrome which is odd I have to drop our VPN connection to get it to work but that's another story Regards and thanks Paul.
